Kennedy, President and CTO of GeoPraxis, Inc. and a licensed mechanical engineer, has over ten years of experience developing and expanding the market for building energy analysis solutions. Mr. Kennedy is the lead creator of the Green Building XML (gbXML) schema. This schema is used today to intelligently contain and transfer building and product information between applications such as Autodesk's Revit, Architectural Desktop, and Building Systems, Graphisoft's ArchiCAD, and Trane's TRACE 700 as well as GeoPraxis' Green Building Studio web service. Mr. Kennedy is also a voting member of the ASHRAE GPC-20 "XML Definitions for HVAC&R" technical committee. |
